Quality Service For Overall Inspection Stages -- 200% Recommendable. They suggested different things according to plan which we have agreed upon. Great value for money. When I received the report, it was so easy for me to understand, especially with the combination of photos to click on and zoom in. Our supervisor accepted the defects on the report and fixed them all straight away. I have my handover stage inspection next week and I’m so glad that my house is now defect-free. I would highly recommend!

The Report
Our pre-purchase building and pest reports are prepared in accordance with Australian Standards (AS 4349.1-2007 and AS 4349.3)
If any issues that could potentially compromise the property are found, the report can be used as evidence to either exit your contract or strengthen your negotiating position.
